Who we are

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address, and your name and phone number if you provide them, when you create an account.
• Order information. The items you buy, your order total, whether you chose pickup or shipping, and your shipping address when shipping is selected.
• Rewards activity. Points earned and redeemed, stored as a running history so your balance is verifiable.
• Cart contents. Tied to a session identifier so your cart survives a page refresh.
• Basic technical data. Standard server request logs used to keep the site running and to investigate errors.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. Card details are entered on our payment processor’s own hosted page and never touch our systems. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not run advertising trackers that profile you across other websites.

Why we use it

To process and fulfill your order, to hold inventory for you while you check out, to run the Corner Club rewards program, to answer your questions about a purchase, to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, and to detect fraud or abuse. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment processor (to charge your card and handle disputes), our hosting and database provider (to run the site and store orders), our email provider (to send order confirmations), and shipping carriers (to deliver your package). Each receives only what that job requires. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a legitimate dispute.

How long we keep it

Order and rewards records are kept as long as your account is active and afterward as long as business and tax records require. Carts are short-lived. You can ask us to close your account at any time; we will remove what we are not legally required to retain.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information tied to your account.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account and the data we are not required to keep.
• Unsubscribe from any non-transactional email at any time.

Security

Accounts are password-protected and every record is access-controlled at the database level, so one customer can never read another customer’s orders, addresses, or points. Payments are confirmed directly with our processor before an order is treated as paid. Product photos are served through signed, expiring links rather than an open bucket. No system is perfect, but we do not cut corners here.

Children

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
